| Thank you for all your work for us while we were looking for a new home. We were out of town so much, we could never have been on top of the listings like you were. I usually am right on top of it, but you did a fine job so I did not have to.
The thing I liked best was that you were so personable. You can always find a professional, but finding someone who cares about you as a person, not just a number or dollar amount was very important to us. We liked that you took it on as finding a place for someone in your family.
Not that you were not professional. You certainly took care of all the details for us. We The way you handled negotiations with a tough competition was great.
Now that we are all moved in, you were right. It fits like a glove. Thanks for getting the offer together so fast when it came on the market. We would have missed it if we had waited even a day! | When my family and I decided to relocate to Calabasas, CA. from Cincinnati, OH the only tool I had to find a new home was the internet. Helen Hood and I met through the internet and hit it off immediately! For the better part of one year Helen worked with me long distance and was available to answer my questions and quiet my fears anytime day or night. Helen listened and knew exactly what we wanted. Finally, after 3 separate visits we were ready to pick our home. We moved in in June and have been extremely happy!
